Every outstanding achievement and milestones accomplished by an employee deserves worthy appreciation and respect. And nothing is better than giving out employee award titles for extending your gratitude.

The award workflow adheres to the same hierarchical structure that you are accustomed to. The company comes first, followed by the various departments.

Enlite – U will have two types of awards (Spot Awards and Nomination Awards) that will be distributed to various departments & managers, and managers will be able to award points to their employees based on the award types.

Giving out employee awards is an integral part of employee recognition initiative. Our Enlite U Scheduled based / Spot awards are often given out at the monthly, quarterly or a year based on the employer’s convenience.
